Our Services

Fusion Freight Logistics provides dispatch, invoicing, factoring referral, documentation handling, and MC authority lease services to carrier partners operating Power Only, Dry Van, Reefer, Flat Bed, Step Deck, and Box Truck equipment.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website or registration forms, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Fusion Freight Logistics related to your dispatch operations, including but not limited to load assignments, pickup/delivery updates, document requests, and invoicing/payment notifications.

• Message frequency varies based on account activity.

• You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

Carrier Responsibilities

Carriers are responsible for maintaining valid operating authority, insurance, and compliance documentation required to accept and complete loads dispatched by Fusion Freight Logistics.

Limitation of Liability

Fusion Freight Logistics is not liable for delays, damages, or losses arising from third-party carriers, brokers, or factoring companies, except as otherwise required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
