Program Overview Business Name Fusion Freight Logistics (Fusion Freight LLC) Program Description Operational SMS updates for carrier partners regarding load assignments, dispatch status, required documentation, and invoice/payment processing. Who Receives Messages Carrier partners who have opted in through our website or onboarding forms. This is not a consumer marketing program. Message Types Load assignment notices, dispatch/pickup/delivery updates, document requests (rate confirmations, BOLs, broker-carrier packets), invoice and payment status updates. Message Frequency Varies based on your active loads and account activity. Typically 1–10 messages per week per active carrier. Cost Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan. Opt-Out Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. Reply STOP to opt out.”Document Request: “Fusion Freight: Your rate confirmation for Load #4521 is ready. Please sign and return within 2 hours. Reply STOP to opt out.”Invoice/Payment Update: “Fusion Freight: Invoice #7789 has been submitted for quick-pay processing. Expect funds in 24-48 hrs. Reply STOP to opt out.” How Consent Is Collected Carrier partners opt in by completing the form below (or an equivalent onboarding form) and checking the SMS consent box. The checkbox is unchecked by default and consent is never assumed or pre-selected. Data Sharing Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Carrier information may be shared only with trusted factoring partners or brokers where necessary to complete dispatch, invoicing, or lease services.
